I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
i applied for a part time posistion for anytime after 4 as a crew member. They called 2 days later and asked if i could come in the next day. when i get there the interview went horrible because i wasted my money going all the way down there they never mentioned on the phone that the interview is for 12 in the afternoon and that they were only looking for part time. why ask me to come in if my application was complete different from what you wanted. so they told me to leave because they only needed people for that time. they were pretty in a rush for people so if i was available around that time i wouldve got the job.
easy interview, mostly behavioral questions about past jobs and how i am able to with in this enviornment. they reviewed my resume and asked me questions based on it. then they asked me how i work under stress.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
