I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview I had was a group interview for a brand new shop! They got us to stand in a big circle and then passed us a ball and asked us to say our name and then quirky fact about ourselves. They then popped us into 2 groups and we had to design a brand new shop or restaurant or whatever we wanted to, to build connections within our small groups. They also did a speed round interview in between doing the recreation/small group interaction part. They had 2 rows of chairs lined up in a row facing each other and did it like a speed dating round to get an idea of who you are and what your skills are likes and what your availability is like!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If I could describe myself as a good or drink what would I be?
easy interview, mostly behavioral questions about past jobs and how i am able to with in this enviornment. they reviewed my resume and asked me questions based on it. then they asked me how i work under stress.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
