I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
The process was pretty easy. The store I was applying to was not yet opened so I met the HR at another Dunkin. The manager was super nice and seemed really interested in what I had to say. She told me after the interview that she would talk with the store manager and call me if I got the job, but she was pretty sure I did. I actually wasn't even out of the store when I got told that I got the job and to come in the next day to fill out papers. About a week after that I got told to come into training the next week, which I've been in for two weeks now and my first actual day on the job is on Tuesday, which is the Grand Opening.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Describe a time when you received criticism and how you handled it?
easy interview, mostly behavioral questions about past jobs and how i am able to with in this enviornment. they reviewed my resume and asked me questions based on it. then they asked me how i work under stress.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
