Quick and simple not many steps and they were able to give me an interview right away. The ask me some questions and if I am looking for a full-time job or a part-time job.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
