Dunkin' interview questions

Much too casual interview process, unclear on shift scheduling when it came to when I would actually be working, unclear on work environment at the actual location where I would be working

The interview process was very laid back. The hiring manager just asked a lot of questions to get a better understanding of my interest and goals for the future to see if I am a good fit for the company. The hiring manager did a lot of explaining at to what the company's mission and values are.
