Interview
I got an email to invite me to a Karat interview with an Engineer. It's clear that the company is not prepared for any interview process for "AI research" position. The question was simply a software engineering question (it was a very long and confusing backtracking problem that had nothing to do with ML or regular activities that ML/AI developers go through). I have interviewed by several AI/ML positions, and this was by far the worst interview experience I had. Consider applying if you are looking for software engineering role; this is not an AI role.
