Interview
There were some prework that had to be completed and phone screen stages before I got to the in-person interview. The response speed after the interviews were very quick, always the same or next day. The in-person interviews were full day back to back meetings. It involved meeting with all members of the team I could be working with and them running different formats of interviews. I also gave a presentation towards the end. All the interview questions (including phone screen, pre-work and in-person) tested out different aspects of a PM and covered a lot of skills sets like cultural fit to the company/role, design, technical ability and product understanding. Everyone I interacted was very friendly and respectful throughout the entire process.
I got a call for an interview which took about an hour. Asked standard questions and provided information on the role. The person who interviewed me was very nice and engaged the whole time.
Very structured interview process. Two rounds total - 2 interviews in the 1st round, 3 interviews in the 2nd round. They focus on different skills in each interview - Data / Analytics, Product Design, UI/UX Design, Strategy, Cultural Fit. They make this super clear by sending a doc explaining what to expect from each interview. Timeline was also very clear. Process length could be faster though
