I applied online and gave my resume to a recruiter at a career fair. I then had one hr screen where I was asked about my interest in Duolingo. Afterwords I had two technical phone screens, both as video calls over skype. The interview questions seemed fairly easy but I had difficulty producing the time complexity in the second interview.
