I applied online and was contacted a month later for a phone screening. The interviewer did a majority of the talking and only asked two questions that I answered pretty thoroughly in my cover letter and resume. It was so basic that I assumed I'd at least advance to the next round, which was a test, but they emailed me 2 days later notifying me otherwise. I asked for feedback and never heard back. It feels like their mind was made up before we even spoke.
