Interview
Was given a neat Duolingo specific Hackerrank, after that submission there was an hour long technical phone interview. That one was really really fun, the interviewer was incredibly friendly and left me super excited for the company and future rounds.
Unfortunately after that I did not hear a response for weeks until informing them that I had other final interviews coming up. Then they scheduled a final interview which wasn’t very pleasant. While the questions were good, none of the employees seemed like they wanted to be there and gave the exact same half baked answers on questions about company culture/work environment. I was quite bummed since I really looked forward to the final rounds.
After the final they ghosted after promising to get back within a week due to competing offers. Oh well! Wasn’t too upset about not hearing back due to the final round experience.
It's a standard recruiter screen followed by a phone screen and then another phone screen before finally reaching an onsite. It's a long tedious process. Would not recommend for people looking for a smooth process.
Was given an OA on code signal that had 4 questions. A lot of it was about graph traversal algorithm. I did not pass all of the hidden test cases for one of the questions, probably why I did not get moved to the next round.
