Interview
I was very excited for this Job but Duolingo's Interviewing process proved to be an absolute waste of my time. I was given some task to do but after wasting my time to complete 3 separate home task I got no reply from them. I felt very disrespected and tried reaching out several times but no replies. It was absolutely waste of my time.
There were two or three rounds of the translation test process (prescreening?) and each time I got feedback from reviewers. In the end, there was a 30-minute interview with a hiring manager and another person managing a team.
