The interview begins with a phone call from the recruiter, then moves onto the hiring manager, and then you have to interview with the Orbia team typically based in Mexico.
Contact with the recruiter was great. Only had a one hour conversation with the hiring manager which also appeared to go well.
Then the Orbia team: Folks, if you are a female, OR you are over 40 do not bother applying with this corporation. The interview process took approximately 10 weeks, and during the Orbia Interview, the Sustainability Reporting Manager began answering emails during the interview. It was a rediculious waste of time.
When notification came from the recruiter after being ghosted for about three weeks, I requested feedback, and she said, "we were impressed with your background and industry knowledge and feel you would be a great culture fit for our company" - However there was no explaination as to why the position was not offered!
Put it this way, from the reviews I have read, it appears that if they like you want you on their staff, the offer is made within 72 hours. If they don't they will keep throughing interview after interview on you until they finally reject you after about three months of fishing.
