Interview
This was a group interview process for a new stand opening up but goes over the interview basics. First, anybody and everybody went to the group interview. We all went into a room and hung out with some DB employees while we waited to be called. Once we were called we talked to 1 of 2 owners about ourself and why we wanted to work at Dutch Bros. Then some people got called back for a second interview the next day, there they ask your availability and a couple questions with a small group such as what do you not like about a coworker, what's the most important part of DB, how would you handle a mean employee, etc. Then you'd get called for a job offer.
Many stages, spontaneous questions that I didn’t expect. First a virtual interview then a group interview. Then a test of memorizing recipes of drinks and whatnot. Tedious. Intimidating but they care a lot about having some creativeness and aligning with their values
The interview process is constantly being remodeled to adapt to the generations of new broista hires that fit with the growth of the company. I had a phone call interview and an in person “panel” style interview.

Very friendly and fun. It was different than most interviews. They try to see how well you can hold a conversation and if you are friendly. Overall an easier interview than most.
