Interview
I turned in my application in person and got a call back about a week later asking me to come in for a group interview. The group interview was super relaxed. There was 3 other people and we all just went around and answered questions like "What's your favorite movie" and stuff like that. The group interview is really just to get to know your personality. A few days after the group interview I got a call back asking me to come in for an individual interview. This is where they ask you about your availability and why you wanna work there. Two days after my individual interview I got a call saying I got the job.
If you're applying to multiple stands KEEP COMING BACK. The more they see your application the more they're gonna know you want the job. Just be yourself and don't stress. It's all super relaxed and not formal so you've got nothing to worry about.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
