Interview
Series of three interviews, mostly just to get to know you. One with the manager from the stand you wanted to work at, then one with a manager from a different stand, then with the regional manager. After all three interviews you get a packet of all the recipes that you must memorize for a text. If you get above a B on the test after one week of studying, you are hired.
The interview process at Dutch Bros was genuinely enjoyable and laid‑back. Instead of feeling formal or intimidating, the conversation had a friendly, upbeat energy that matched the company’s culture. The interviewer focused on getting to know me as a person rather than drilling me with rigid questions.

Question 1
They asked about my previous job experience in customer service.
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
