Interviewed by a group of people and go from group to group. All from different stands and ask different questions. It is a long waiting process until it is your turn to go. If you get called back you have a second interview with all of the managers from each standout the same time, it is a much shorter one.
The interview process at Dutch Bros was genuinely enjoyable and laid‑back. Instead of feeling formal or intimidating, the conversation had a friendly, upbeat energy that matched the company’s culture. The interviewer focused on getting to know me as a person rather than drilling me with rigid questions.

They asked about my previous job experience in customer service.
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
