Interview
My interview/“hiring party” took place in a hotel and was recruiting for a new stand opening up. First I talked to two Broistas (first one discussed scheduling, second one asked typical interview questions) and then interviewed with management. It was more like a conversation than a typical job interview. They were all very chill. Let your personality shine, smile, and be respectful. When they ask if you have any questions, ASK QUESTIONS! They love it and it shows you are not shy. Be confident in your answers and body language (firm handshakes, eye contact, posture, etc.). Dress casual (I wore docs, corduroys and a turtleneck). Do some research on the brand’s mission and values beforehand and tailor your answers accordingly. It helps to have a lot of availability. They got back to me via phone call the next day.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
