Very relaxed and easy going, it may seem intimidating at first but if you just be yourself it will pay off. You'll be asked several rounds of questions by the company's current team leaders, and you will be notified of when you can expect a call.
It was like a big party and they pulled us back for an interview one at a time. Very laid back and everyone was very nice. I ended up getting a job offer in the following couple of days.
