I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dutch Bros. (Vancouver, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I drove up to the window and the assistant manage asked me a few questions. It was very relaxed and fun. All the workers seemed to join in and asked me questions and it made the work environment seem very fun and community based. The assistant manager said he liked me very much and can't wait to have me on but then I never got a call back. If you are thinking of applying here definitely go for it, Dutch seems like a very fun place to work when you're young as it has very good core values and has a very relaxed work environment.

They asked about my previous job experience in customer service.
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
