It seems like the profile. They are looking for a specific personality type. Def. A teenager Job not college. I have Excelent customer service and can work in a fast paces environment. I think they want teenagage( to over work them for cheap pay)not responsible adult.

The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
