Interview
I walked up to the stand window and asked to speak with the Manager. He informed me that they had a couple positions opening up and that he could interview me within the week. Very quick and efficient process, I think I both had good timing and made a strong first impression. Now that I have worked there I can confirm, unless you are speaking directly to the manager, your resume probably won't get reviewed. Pro tip: keep coming back until you catch the manager, or ask when they'll be in next.

Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
