Video Interview, very little direction, just talk about yourself and why you would want to work there. Kinda Scary. Didnt get a response to my video but was asked to make another one with the exact same directions.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dutch Bros. (Milford, OH) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
