I had submitted my application online to their website and I was texted to schedule an in person interview. It was a panel of all the managers in the area, around 5 people interviewing me. It was more of a test to see how well you get along with people.

Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
