Dutchie hardware Operations Manager interview questions

Applied to the position on March 21, got an email from the hiring manager on April 19 asking for interview availability. I interviewed on April 21 and I thought it went well. In a thank you email I expressed interest in the role and was told in a response that I would be hearing back "early next week". I followed up on May 2 with the hiring manager and heard nothing back. On June 13 I got an automated email from HR saying that I did not get the role. My frustration lies with the process and complete lack of communication rather than not getting the position. This type of recruiting is not fair/kind/considerate to the candidate. Had higher hopes for this company and their practices.
