I was refered by one of the employee from E2 consulting for the Web Developer position at Downtown Los Angeles office. I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview with their senior software engineer and HR. The phone interview itself was easy and they just ask me same random questions and my experience with different technologies and detail explanation about my projects. At the end they says for the next step, their two software engineer will show me the sample of their work and may ask questions. And in the second round both software engineer explains me about the work and everything looks fine till that point and then the senior software engineer says HR will contact you for the update. But they never reached back to me, Even though I ask my friend who referred me he asks even he didn’t know why they didn’t contact you back. And after 2 months HR replies with email that their team was busy with some deployment and they haven’t make any decision but will make one by the end of this week. And after that I never heard back from them. And they even didn’t reply back to me for any update.
