There interview process is very bad I haven't seen such process they are calling themselves as product based company and they don't have standard interview process defined. I have given interview for Golang Developer June 2021. Problem with there process are as following: 1. First of all they haven't informed about the interview process like how many round will be there. They are just taking random interviews. 2. I have given 3 rounds which includes 2 technical and 3rd one is Managerial Kind of interview after that suddenly one day they have called and asked for 4th technical round I haven't seen such process in any company like after managerial why they are taking technical interview and if you are taking then why have you not informed me earlier. What I feel they just don't wanted to take me in cause I have asked for good hike if you are not agreed then they could inform me early that we won't be able to provide you that much hike they haven't done that as well, and after the 4th round they have putted my profile on hold. 3. So the final conclusion is that I have wasted my 4 hours(roughly 1 hrs each round ) giving interview to such company who are not able to identify the ability of the candidate in 2 technical round they have taken earlier and 4th round they made the deciding round.
