I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at E2open (Austin, TX) in Dec 2011
Interview
Very intense process. First had a phone screen with HR. Once that was passed, the hiring manager or their designate would also have a phone screen. Those people decided whether to proceed with the onsite interview. Once the onsite interview was scheduled, I spoke with five different people over the space of several hours. Once that portion was passed, and the decision to proceed with the hiring process was made, a background check was performed. Once the background check was passed, an offer was presented.
The interview process consists of 3 rounds:
1. Technical Round: Assessing technical skills and knowledge.
2. Managerial Round: Evaluating experience, approach, and fit with the team.
3. HR Round: Focusing on cultural fit, soft skills, and overall suitability.
