Interview
The interview process involved a screening call, excel assessment, and then two 1 hour interviews with 2 individuals on each call. The questions were fairly normal. They were mostly broad questions. At least 30 minutes of each call was spent going over what the job actually involves.

After a quick Microsoft excel capability test, they schedule 2 hour long interviews with 2 pairs of interviewers. Both interviews are through a Teams call and consist of various questions for 45 minutes and then 15 minutes for me to ask them questions
