The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EAB in Feb 2022
Interview
EAB seems like it is a great company to work for, and one I hope too one day, but the interview process and communication needs to be improved upon. I was put through a 3.5 month long process only to receive an automated decline email.
The process started with taking an aptitude/behavioral test and once I "passed" that I then had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then I was handed off to another recruiter who handled the scheduling of Zoom interviews. I took the aptitude/behavioral test again, but this time proctored with the recruiter, then 3 zoom interviews (none of which were on the same day), followed by another zoom/phone call interview over a week later. And finally about 3.5 weeks later I received a generic automated decline email.
For the first set of zoom interviews the recruiter kept changing dates and times, so I did not know final times until late the day before. For my last interview the interviewer was in the car driving, which came across as unprofessional and that she didn't really care to listen to what I had to say. Then a few weeks later I received my automated decline email.
Once I received that email I tried to follow up multiple times with both recruiters and one of the interviewers to get more insight on their decision. I wanted to see if they could provide any feedback on my interviews and where I could improve my skills, but never heard back from anyone. I invested a lot of unpaid time off and went far in the process only to receive an automated email saying thank you for your time. To make matters even more frustrating, I'm not even sure if they hired someone from the set of people interviewed for this position because the same job was posted again with the same reference number.
If you apply to EAB just be prepared to invest a lot of time and energy interviewing and don't expect things to move quickly.
