EAI Technologies Software Innovator Developer interview questions

I applied online through job board posting. Was immediately emailed 2 separate tests. One personality test and an IQ test. About a week later I received from a recruiter to setup a 1 on 1 google hangout interview (30 minutes). First half of interview was chit chat about why I was interested in the position, recruiter talking about company etc. Second half was a form with 3 basic programming questions (aced all 3). Was told to expect a response in a week. After a week I got an email saying I did not make it to the next round. My guess is the "culture fit" other reviewers described was not there with me since I know I aced the 2nd half of interview. Recruiter was friendly though and helpful throughout process.
