Interview
Interviewed with a woman who told me that she didn't want to be conducting interviews, that she was just filling in for someone. She had a big chip on her shoulder, and clearly didn't want to be there. She made it seem like it was a bad thing that I had been working for a contractor for a number of years. Obviously, this woman has never experienced personal or professional hardship in her life, or suffered from a hurting economy in which businesses were shut down, and jobs were lost. This due to no fault of the employee. She definitely was not pleasant, and could use a strong dose of humility. The staffing agency that sent me there initially only provided a 30 minute window to get to the interview. (It was a 60 minute drive). I found out later, that she used this as a strike against me even though I had no control over that situation. She didn't seem like a pleasant person, and definitely not someone I would have wanted to work with/for anyway.

Interview
Great interview, and interviewers were professional. The HR representative that conducted the interview asked great questions about my experience and what I was interested in. There was a lot of room for opportunities to add my opinion, and the interview was very welcoming

What is one way that you could improve our customer service experiences
FiRst,I Received a phone call from the store manager. Then, I got an interview with him. After 2 days, he called me and scheduled with an interview with the senior manager. So, the interview went great, after a day they called me. So, yeah! They let me signed the paper.
