I responded to an online posting by sending my CV and cover letter to the manager. I received a call 2 days later asking me to attend a 1 on 1 interview with the store manager the next day. It was very relaxed, she took me upstairs in the store and told me about the company practices and values then asked me some standard retail based questions. I got a call a few hours later offering me the position.
