It was straight forward. Typical Googled interview questions (how you deal with workplace challenges, how you prioritize, etc). The manager interviewed me. They are looking for anyone that is open to learning and providing customer service. Be personable!

Had one interview with the ASN, if they like you, then you interview with the store manager. Corporate needs to interview all manager-level applicants. Because of this last part, it can take weeks to finally get hired, because you need to wait for the RM to be in the area.
