Was with a store manager , in one of their stores. Took about 30 minutes , it wasn’t formal and not difficult . They told me we will call you in one week .

The telephone interview was pretty straightforward and friendly (I ended up declining the offer for the in-person interview because of another job offer). It's useful to know the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for example questions. The questions are common interview questions, nothing too surprising.
