ECI Software Solutions Business Analyst interview questions

Conducted HR screen, interview with hiring manager, and lastly a panel interview with team members. Process started really well. The recruiter said they really wanted me because of a specific piece of my background. The call with the hiring manager was extremely long and they did not understand anything I talked about relating to being an analyst or anything AI related. I spent the entire interview defending myself and was told I wouldn’t be axed unless the next 2 internal candidates got the job, which they said was likely. I get passed on to the panel interview anyway, and they admitted that the onboarding process and team was a nightmare. Completed my final interview one month ago. I was under consideration still 10 days after, and since then, emails ignored. Like someone else mentioned below, the role keeps getting reposted and has been up for at least 2 months, so they either want a unicorn or their data farming resumes.
