The initial interview was with the campus president and another person. The interview itself was straightforward. Questions focused on teaching skills and ability to keep students engaged for 5-hour lectures. Interviewer would not discuss salary. Workload seemed to be excessive for expected pay. Decided not to pursue further. Second part of interview process would have been a 15 minute sample lecture.
