I met with the program manager for a pretty easy interview, then I did a "test teach" where I basically taught a class for about 20-30 minutes. There were no students, just other instructors and administration. Honestly, it is so difficult to get reliable instructors, they will take pretty much anyone here, that's why the interview process is so easy.
