I was interviewed through zoom at first and was asked to come in to do a tour. The tour was 2 hours followed by an unexpected 2nd interview. I was told an offer would be made once my background check came in. It took over 3 weeks to hear back and we played phone tag over a week. In the end I felt the process was very delayed.

the interview process was extremely unorganized and you are left to find upper management by yourself. the questions asked had nothing to do with the job description. and there really isn't a point of posting a job description, for this company, because they will have do work assignments that do not relate to your field.
