Initial interview followed by two weeks training which they called it the second phase of the interview. They put a lot of pressure on you during the training. They require of you to post at least 14 times in every discussion plus all the quizzes then you be completely ghosted. This is a nickel and dime college. If you are asking people to put the time and effort for two weeks to attend a training that they will never benefit from, then it is fair to pay them for their time. Otherwise make your decision quicker with shorter interview. These are people who have PhD and master's degrees with years of experience. Wasting their time like that is not acceptable.
