I applied in-person. I interviewed at ECPI University (Newport News, VA)
Interview
The interview was a panel interview with the directors of financial aid, followed by an interview with the campus president for final decision. I had to take a test to qualify for the interview. The test seemed to test your attention to detail. It was more of a math test than anything. I don’t know if they still do this since I applied back in 2008. I remember thinking I didn’t feel like the test had any relevance to the role.

They asked about my availability for evening and weekends because the job would require me to work 2 nights per week and every other Saturday.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ECPI University in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview was long bit not very difficult. I was asked a lot to describe a time where something happened example: describe a time when you disagreed with your manager what did you do? The people who interviewed me were very nice and welcoming. It did take thema a long time to make a decision though. Eventually I was offered a different job, one that better matched my schedule and i love it!
