Standard interview process. About 15 questions from HR over a skype call. It lasted about an hour including small talk here and there. Consisted mostly of questions about experience and how well they know landscape architecture.

Two interviews with the Human Resources department. Can’t talk in depth about design since they don’t necessarily specialize in the area. It seems to be focused more on how the character might be a good fit for the team.

Describe one time where I had to take a leadership role.
I applied online, and I got a video interview the human resource assistant. We went through basic interview questions. The people I spoke with were nice and explained what the goal of the position was and what they were looking for.
