I was contacted by a recruiter about the position. Applied online and was called a few days later to come in for interview. Interview was 1st with HR, more job fit questions and resume review. Then you go for a few tests in their testing area. Was a personality and Excel knowledge test. That process took a few hours between HR and the tests. If you pass, you then meet with the hiring manager. Again, more job fit and resume questions. Pretty easy overall.
