I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Denver, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was average, the interviewer was very nice and personable - she asked me all about my weekend plans before even getting into the questions. Overall, it was pretty easy questions and it wasn't intimididating like other interviews I have done. I passed the phone interview and the next step, which I didn't end up doing was a group interview at their office in Denver.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Brussels) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward, the initial interview is in person, and quite informal and nice to go through, you'll meet with one or two people from the office, this interview is about 45 minutes to an hour.. The second round is a real-life situation where you'll get to try out your sales skills. This interview is about 30 minutes. If you make it there, you'll have a call with the Head of the Country to evaluate your experience and exceptions and motivations. Fairly short as well.
