Interview
After a quick phone screening, I was invited to a group interview with about 5 other people. We got a tour of the building as well as an introduction to the company, before we did a team exercise. After, there was a "speed date" session where we got to speak to each of the 6 or 7 managers for about 5 minutes.

Interview
It was an application, a 15 minute audio call to introduce yourself and the role, and then a 1.5 hour long interview with blocks of half an hour with 3 people.
