I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Denver, CO) in Oct 2017
Interview
I submitted my resume and cover letter with a referral from a previous employee. I received an email two days later inviting me to schedule a phone interview which I scheduled for the earliest opening which was three days after that. The phone interview was about 15 minutes, reviewing the position and asking some behavioral questions (tell me about a time when this happened...). The next day I got an email inviting me back for a group interview. The date and time was already scheduled for seven days out from the email and I was to let them know if I could make it or not.
I also was required to create a single power point slide about myself and prepare a three minute introduction speech about myself.
The interview itself was somewhat intimidating. Group setting with seven other applicants and six managers total. We were shown around the office, did our introduction presentations and then split up into two groups. Three managers, four applicants, and many behavioral questions were asked in the group setting. You had to be competitive and a quick thinker.
This was my first ever group interview and I did not perform as well as I was expecting so I did not get a call back. I received an email four days later thanking me for coming in and explaining that they were going to pursue other applicants. From what I understand there are still three more interviews after the group interview so it seems to be a very tedious process, but they are looking for the right fit for the role so it definitely makes sense.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2023
Interview
I received an email requesting a phone interview. I then selected three times in which I would be available. I automatically received my phone interview time via email. During the interview, I was asked professional questions as well as questions regarding my interests.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
