Interview
Ich wurde zu einem "Recruitment Center" in Stuttgart eingeladen, an dem außer mir noch vier andere Bewerber teilnahmen. Beurteilt wurden wir von zwei Mitarbeitern aus Stuttgart und zwei aus Düsseldorf.
Die Atmosphäre im Gespräch war sehr offen und freundlich. Zunächst stellten sich alle vor, dann wurde das Unternehmen und die mögliche Aufgabe präsentiert.
Dann wurden Gruppenarbeiten/Case Studies bearbeitet. Bei der Präsentation wurde durch kurzfristiges Ändern der Ausgangssituation geprüft, ob man flexibel ist.
Danach begann das sogenannte Speeddating, in dem man in kleinen Einzelgesprächen von sich überzeugen musste und dann zum nächsten weiterrotiert wurde.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward, the initial interview is in person, and quite informal and nice to go through, you'll meet with one or two people from the office, this interview is about 45 minutes to an hour.. The second round is a real-life situation where you'll get to try out your sales skills. This interview is about 30 minutes. If you make it there, you'll have a call with the Head of the Country to evaluate your experience and exceptions and motivations. Fairly short as well.
