I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First)
Interview
One email and 2 video chats over Skype - long conversations which included a lot of unrelated topics. The person asking questions didn't know much about the discipline she was hiring for but was extremely pleasant to deal with. Hiring process was a nice experience but they were also desperate to get a in a senior PM so everything went very fast.

Question 1
Unexpected conversations about a lot of unrelated topics, but nothing difficult. The whole interview was a bit unexpected in its nature.

Interview
I applied for a Product Manager position at EF Education First. It took around four months after my application to be contacted for the first interview. The scheduling was straightforward, but after the initial phone call, communication was poor. I didn’t receive any updates, and when I followed up, I was told that the company had already decided to move forward with other candidates.
The long response time and lack of transparent communication left a negative impression. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I would have appreciated clearer updates and more accountability from the recruitment team.

I interviewed at EF (Education First) (London, England)
Interview
Thorough three stage process which allowed for a lot of questioning of the company too. Overall satisfied with the process and I felt comfortable starting in my role afterwards as it accurately prepared my expectations for what was involved in the role.
Long process, especially if you already have more than 5 years of experience. I know that it was a very important role, but I mean, come on, you can really do better than that...
