I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Denver, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
Submitted my application through their online portal. HR was then in touch to schedule an initial interview. This interview was roughly 15 minutes long and was a basic "get to know you and the job" phone call. After the initial call, they said they would be in touch within the following week on next steps. The second interview was supposed to be a 30 min skype interview where you had 15 minutes to "pitch" an idea or product that you wanted someone to try. After the second interview, they scheduled a 3rd in-person interview that lasted 2.5 hours. In this interview, you meet with a sales director and do a mock phone call where you work with a sales trainer. After the interview, they say they'll be in touch within 1-2 weeks. When they got back in touch it was to schedule a fourth and final interview. This interview was 3-ish hours long. You meet 2 sales directors individually and I had a peer interview as well. The whole process took 3 months roughly.
The company takes it's mission very seriously and you must have an entrepreneurial spirit to fit the culture.
