Phone call. Predictive Index self-concept vs. work self-concept adjective test. Mislead about process and no in person interview as Predictive Index handles the middle work. I don't believe this is accurate; provide the exact studies for this usage.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions are based upon this: The PI Behavioral Assessment provides two patterns of an individual’s workplace behavior:
1. SELF
The Self pattern is a reflection of an individual’s natural drives and needs and how they will naturally
react in an environment or in situations.
2.SELF-CONCEPT
The Self-Concept pattern reflects how an individual may be adapting their natural behaviors to the
expectations of their current work environment.
Comparing the Self to the Self-Concept pattern can reveal tension or synergy between an individual
and their current workplace. This can be used to identify the root of observed behaviors and aid in
managing individuals through the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
Weirdest experience ever.
I was interviewed by the hiring manager, I went through 4 stages, I even went in to meet the team, the recruiter told me that they would make me an offer once the hiring manager came back from China. The hiring manager came back from China and they said that they picked someone else (internal? No idea). I was shocked, I have never experienced anything similar, so unprofessional!
When I went to the office the vibe was extremely off, cult-like, on site gym that screamed "you will live here", they demand 4 days a week at the office and when I ask if there was any flexibility around that they said "no but you can take time off" oh really? CRAZY
