I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Denver, CO) in Oct 2019
Interview
After submitting my application online, I received an email a few days later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview is 15-20 minutes with a recruiter, before moving on to the in-person interviews. The phone interview went really well and lasted for 30 minutes and the recruiter said I should hear back within a week for a zoom interview, and then two in-person interviews. I heard back three days after the interview that I was not selected to move forward in the interview process. It was really disappointing because I felt extremely confident in how well the interview went and my experience and qualifications for the role. It's definitely not what I was expecting and have no idea what went wrong. I am not sure what they are looking for in potential consultants.

The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
